Accessibility

Everyone should be able to get a quote and book a repair, whether they use a screen reader, a keyboard, zoom, or a phone in bright sun.

If something gets in your way

Call (915) 474-6669 or email [email protected]. Tell us the page and what went wrong, and we'll help you book, get a quote, or find the information another way while we fix it. You can also text us at (915) 474-6669, and if you use a relay service, call us through it and we'll take the call.

Our goal

We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the standard most U.S. accessibility guidance points to.

What we've checked

We last reviewed the site on the date above, using automated testing (axe-core) on every page type at desktop and phone sizes, plus manual checks with a keyboard and with reduced-motion settings on. That review covered:

  • Text and button color contrast of at least 4.5 to 1, including red text on dark backgrounds.
  • Every page and the booking form can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline, a “Skip to content” link, and nothing hidden under the sticky header or the phone call bar when it's focused.
  • Form fields have labels, required fields are explained up front, and errors say what to fix, are read out by screen readers, and move focus to the first problem.
  • Motion is short and optional. If your device is set to reduce motion, scroll effects and the dent illustration on the homepage stay still, and the illustration has a button to show the repaired state instead. Nothing flashes and no audio plays.
  • Pages reflow on small screens and at 200% zoom without sideways scrolling.
  • Images that carry meaning have text descriptions; decorative ones are hidden from screen readers.

Known limitations

  • Customer reviews come from Google as written. We can't edit them, and reviewer photos don't have descriptions beyond the reviewer's name.
  • Some older blog posts may include photos without detailed descriptions. We add them as we find them.
  • Links to other sites, such as Google Maps or your insurer, lead to pages we don't control and may not meet the same standard.
