Terms of Use
The ground rules for using this site and booking online, in plain language. Your repair itself is governed by the written estimate or work order you approve at the shop.
Last updated
These terms apply to bullydentrepair.com and any booking or estimate request you make through it. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site; you can always call us at (915) 474-6669.
Booking online
Sending the booking form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We'll confirm by phone, text or email, and we may need to move the time. Nothing is charged online. Please give accurate contact details and let us know if you can't make it.
By sending a request, you agree that we may call, text or email you about that appointment and repair, as described in our texting policy. Reply STOP to stop texts.
Estimates and pricing
Prices on this site, and estimates we give from photos, by text or over the phone, are preliminary. Photos don't show everything. The price is set after we inspect the vehicle in person under proper lighting and you approve a written estimate.
The price or approach can change after inspection if, for example:
- there's more damage than the photos showed, or damage behind panels and trim;
- the paint is cracked, chipped or has been repainted before, which can rule out paintless repair or add risk;
- we can't reach the back of the dent without removing parts; or
- a panel is aluminum, high-strength steel, or stretched beyond what paintless repair can fully correct.
Not every dent can be fixed without paint. If paintless repair isn't the right call, we'll tell you and won't start the work. If we find something during a repair that changes the price, we stop and ask before going further.
Repair times on this site are typical, not promised. Parts, weather, insurance approvals and the amount of damage all affect timing.
Insurance claims
We're a repair shop, not your insurance agent, adjuster or attorney. Your insurance company decides whether a claim is covered and how much it pays, based on your policy. We can't promise a claim will be approved or that the insurer will pay our full estimate, though we'll document the damage and send supplements when an adjuster misses something.
You're responsible for your deductible. If your insurer won't pay for part of the repair, we'll tell you before doing that part so you can decide. Texas law lets you choose your repair shop (Texas Insurance Code § 1952.301).
Articles and FAQs on this site are general information, not insurance or legal advice. Policies differ; check yours or ask your agent.
Warranty
Any warranty on a repair is the one stated in writing on your repair paperwork. Nothing on this website creates a separate warranty.
Content on this site
The Bully Dent Repair name, logo, photos and text belong to us or are used with permission. You're welcome to share links and to print pages for your own use; please don't copy the site or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Reviews from Google are shown as Google provides them and represent their authors' opinions. Where the site uses Google Maps content, Google's Maps Additional Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to that content. Links to other sites are for convenience; we don't control them.
Using the site fairly
Please don't send false booking requests, try to break into the staff area, overload the site, or scrape it in bulk. We may block requests that look automated or abusive.
Disclaimers and limits
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided as is. Hours, prices and availability can change, and the site may occasionally be down or out of date. To the fullest extent Texas law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the website itself, such as a missed booking caused by an outage.
These limits apply to the website only. They don't limit our responsibility for the work we do on your vehicle, and they don't take away any right you have that can't be waived, including under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act.
Governing law
Texas law governs these terms. Any dispute about them will be handled in the state or federal courts for El Paso County, Texas, unless the law gives you the right to bring it somewhere else. Before filing anything, please call or email us. Most problems get fixed faster that way.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in effect when you made a request applies to that request.
