Privacy Policy

This policy covers Bully Dent Repair (“we”, “us”) and this website. It applies to information you give us through the site and by text, phone or email about a repair.

What we collect

When you book online

Your name, mobile phone number, email address, vehicle year, make and model, the kind of damage, whether you're going through insurance, the time you picked, and anything you type in the notes (some people include a claim number). We also record when the request was made.

When you text, call or email us

Your phone number or email address, your messages, and any photos you send. These stay on the business phone and in our email inbox.

Automatically, when you visit

Like nearly every website, our hosting provider records basic request logs: your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. To block spam, the booking form briefly keeps a count of requests per IP address in memory; it isn't written to disk.

We don't run analytics or advertising trackers, and the public site sets no cookies.

We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and we don't collect payment card numbers through this site.

How we use it

• To schedule your appointment and confirm it by phone, text or email.
• To estimate and carry out the repair, and to work with your insurer if you ask us to.
• To answer warranty questions and keep ordinary business and tax records.
• To keep the site working and stop spam and abuse.

We don't sell your information, share it for advertising, or use it to build marketing profiles. We don't send marketing texts.

Texting

When you book, we may text the number you gave us to confirm or reschedule your appointment and to talk about your repair. When you text us photos, we text back about that repair. We don't send promotional texts. Message frequency depends on your repair, and message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

Reply STOP to any text from us and we'll stop texting that number. Reply HELP, or call (915) 474-6669, for help. Mobile numbers and texting consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Who else handles it

We use a few service providers to run the site. They handle your information only to provide their service to us:

• Railway hosts the website and the database where booking requests are stored.
• Resend delivers booking emails: the alert we receive and the confirmation copy sent to you.
• Google provides our business email.

If you're filing a claim, we share what the claim needs (photos, damage counts, estimates, vehicle details) with your insurance company and its adjuster. We also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights in a dispute.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records, messages and photos as long as we need them to finish your repair, stand behind it, and keep the business and tax records the law requires. After that we delete them. Server request logs roll off on the hosting provider's schedule.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS, the database requires credentials only we and our host hold, and the staff area is password protected. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't put anything in the notes field you wouldn't want in an email, like your full policy number or a driver's license number.

Your choices

You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] or call (915) 474-6669. We'll confirm it's you by replying to the phone number or email address we have on file. We may keep what we're legally required to keep, such as tax records for completed work, and we'll tell you if that applies. We honor these requests for everyone, wherever you live.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Changes apply to information we collect after that date.
